Our Impact

At Pura Vida, giving back has always been at the core of what we do. Every purchase you make helps us to provide sustainable employment to artisan communities, give back to charities, and help protect our planet. Here’s a quick look at what we’ve accomplished together so far.

“Pura Vida isn't just a bracelet company, it's a community filled with encouragement, equality and creative minds. It's SO refreshing to work for a company that wants to do nothing but create good vibes while making the world a better place.” - Lindsay Seargeant Community Specialist

"My approach for the brand is a holistic experience — how we source the sustainable materials we use, the production and how we work with the artisans or socially conscious/fair trade factories, and how we execute the final product delivery experience to the client are elements of impact made."

“Developing our new apparel collection with a Fair Trade supplier not only makes sense for the Pura Vida brand, but I love that I get to be a part of something that contributes to the impact our generation leaves for future generations.” - Gretchen McManus Director of Merchandising & Development

Our Green Goals

We’ve always partnered with and supported great organizations like Surfrider Foundation, One Tree Planted, World Wildlife Fund and more to help protect and conserve our planet. In 2019, we also started offsetting our carbon emissions from shipping and we now offer the option for plastic free shipping. That’s a great start, but we’ve got even bigger plans. In 2021, we’ll be focusing on:
