Bird's Nest Cookies

Easter is right around the corner! Can you believe it? We have created one of our favorite Easter desserts to share with you. These 5 minute no bake Bird's Nest Cookies are delicious and easy to make. Perfect for your Easter get-together. What You'll Need: 1) 3/4 cup butterscotch chips 2) 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter 3) 2 cups chow mein noodles 4) 1/4 cup chocolate eggs

Step 1: Mix butterscotch chips and peanut butter into a microwavable bowl Step 2: Microwave until melted (we suggest microwaving in 30 second increments and stirring each time)

Step 3: Pour mixture over chow mein noodles and stir Step 4: Fill up compartments of muffin tray with a spoonful of mixture

Step 5: Add easter eggs

Step 6: Let cool for ten minutes then enjoy!
