Apple Cider Vinegar- Detox Drink

This easy to make Apple Cider Vinegar detox drink will have you feeling refreshed and ready to take on any part of your day! This healthy drink can help you lose weight, stabalize blood sugar, prevent heartburn, boost energy and more!
There are many health benefits to ACV. Many say it has amazing powers because it can do so much good for our bodies. For example, it can help cure a head-ache, clear some heart burn, help calm a upset stomach, and even help reduce acne. It does however have a strong taste to it. That is why we have put together this tasty way to consume ACV in a detox drink for you to enjoy a few times a week, or daily if you would like!
What you will need: -Apple Cider Vinegar (1 tablespoon)
-Raspberries (4-5 berries)
-Lemon (1 tablespoon lemon juice + a few slices)
-Sweetener of choice (1 teaspoon agave nectar or honey)
-Ice -Mason jar or glass cup

Step 1) Take a few raspberries and using the back of a spoon to muddle the berries at the bottom of your glass of choice. ACV-5ACV-6ACV-7
Step 2) Add 1 teaspoon of sweetener. Either honey or agave nectar will work. For this post we used Agave nectar. ACV-8Step 3) Add 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar. ACV-9Step 4) Add 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. ACV-10Step 5) Add in desired amount of ice to your cup. ACV-11ACV-12Step 6) Fill up the remainder of your cup with water. ACV-14ACV-13
Step 7) Add desired amount of lemon slices to your cup to add more lemon flavor to your drink. Insert cute straw and ENJOY!
